The s54 and s50 is a direct bolt-on oil filter housing assembly that is already set up for an oil cooler. An internal thermostat is also part of the design. This is an easy installation of a custom external or the factory Euro oil cooler for the m5x and s5x engine families.
Additional parts are not included, you will need the VANOS line adapter banjo bolt, and for E46 (M52TU & M54), fitment requires mounting spacer set.
